After enrolling, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “You're In!" with the name of your course or series. Follow the email link to set your password and log in anytime at flexforward.thinkific.com . (We also recommend saving the login page to your browser's bookmarks folder.) If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder and add us to your safe senders list.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and enter the same email address you used at checkout. You’ll be emailed a password reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used for purchase. If you checked out with a different email address (e.g., work vs. personal), your course may be linked to that account. Try logging out and back in, or search your inbox for your purchase confirmation (subject: "[FlexForward] Your Receipt for..."). Still missing? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll help locate your enrollment.
You’ll have unlimited access from your date of purchase — plenty of time to work through the videos, exercises, and resources at your own pace. You can revisit any lesson as often as you like.
Try refreshing the page or switching browsers — Chrome or Safari typically work best. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try a private/incognito window. For mobile viewing, make sure your device’s operating system and browser are up to date.
Click the download link and look for the file in your browser’s Downloads folder. If it doesn’t open automatically, check your pop-up settings — some browsers block downloads by default. If you continue to have trouble, contact us and we’ll send the file directly.
The workbook link is in the introduction section of each course. When you click the workbook link, you will be prompted to “make a copy,” and after doing so, the document will open and be saved in your Google Docs. By default, it saves to "My Drive."
